What kinds of trailers does it handle?
Enclosed and open: cargo, utility, flatbed and deckover, dump, gooseneck, and car haulers. Each product line has its own specs, its own rear door, ramps, or gate, and its own colors.
Do my dealers need to install anything?
No. They sign in on your website from a phone, tablet, or computer.
Will other manufacturers see my dealers or prices?
No. Each manufacturer has its own database and file storage, and nothing is shared between companies.
Can it run on my own domain?
Yes. Your website and portal run on your domain. Until it’s connected, your site is at yourcompany.trailermms.com.
What happens to links to my old website?
Your old addresses are sent to the matching new pages, so search results and saved links keep working.
How do leads from my website reach dealers?
A shopper builds a trailer on your website and sends the build sheet. It goes to the nearest dealers, who can quote it at their own prices from their portal.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online, yes: invoices for shipped loads, purchase orders to vendors, and payments read back. QuickBooks Desktop isn’t supported.
Can my shop use it in Spanish?
Yes. The shop iPads, the floor board, and the driver’s link each switch between English and Spanish.
What about dealers with more than one store?
Salespeople can be limited to their own store’s trailers, orders, leads, quotes, and claims, while owners see the whole dealership.
Will the AI change things on its own?
No. The assistant only reads what the person asking is allowed to see. When it suggests a change, nothing happens until that person clicks Approve.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time: a full copy of everything, as an Excel workbook or JSON.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee, then a monthly subscription. Ask us for a quote for your company.
